Attending midwives

Expectant mothers wishing to give birth at Döbling Private Hospital may choose not only their obstetrician in advance, but can also have their midwife of choice (personal attending midwife).

The support of an attending midwife during childbirth is a private service and is not covered by health insurance or private insurance. Please consult your attending midwife as regards the costs and conclude the treatment contract directly with her.
